Shipping policy

All online orders are processed within 2 working days. In Australia, we use a variety of local couriers to make sure your order arrives at the shipping address in a timely manner. Orders are despatched from the Gold Coast so allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive (depending on the shipping address location). Shipping times have increased due to the pressures of Covid-19 so please be patient with your order. You will receive a tracking number within 2 working days of your order being received.
